For single-device protection, we may record approved and pending IP addresses, browser/device identifiers, user-agent information and login history. These records help prevent unauthorised sharing. A customer attempting to use another device may be asked to contact support before access is approved.

Data may be shared only when reasonably necessary with service providers such as Razorpay, hosting/database providers, SMS/OTP providers, email or WhatsApp communication services, accountants, tax advisers and government or law-enforcement authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent customer personal information for unrelated advertising.
6. STORAGE AND RETENTION
Information is protected using reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Order, invoice, payment and tax records may be retained for the period required by Indian law. Login, device and support records may be retained for security, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. Data that is no longer required may be securely deleted or anonymised. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
