1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of TD80 Mac Driver Store digital products and support services supplied by Own Choice Enterprise. By creating an order, completing payment, accessing My Downloads or using the driver, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. PRODUCT AND COMPATIBILITY
The product is a digital TD80/compatible TSPL printer driver package for supported Intel-based Mac computers. A physical printer, MacBook, USB cable, labels, installation visit or third-party software is not included unless the selected package clearly says so. The customer must check the printer model, processor type, macOS version, USB connection and required label size before purchase. Compatibility may also depend on printer firmware, macOS security settings and the source application used for printing.
3. ACCOUNT, OTP AND DEVICE SECURITY
Customer access is linked to the verified mobile number used during OTP login. For security and fraud prevention, access may be restricted to one approved device or IP address. A login from a different device may require approval from customer support. The customer must not share OTPs, account access, order IDs or download links. Sessions may automatically expire and require a fresh OTP verification.
4. PRICE, GST AND PAYMENT
All displayed prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST is shown separately during checkout and on the tax invoice. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or another displayed payment provider. An order is activated only after the payment is successfully captured and verified. Pending, cancelled or failed payment attempts do not provide download rights. Promotional and holiday discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
5. DIGITAL LICENCE AND RESTRICTIONS
The purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied driver for their own compatible setup. The driver, guide and related files may not be copied for resale, uploaded publicly, redistributed, sublicensed, modified for commercial distribution or shared with another customer. Misuse may result in suspension of downloads and account access without affecting other legal rights.
6. DOWNLOADS AND INSTALLATION
After verified payment, the download appears in My Downloads. Download access may have a time period and usage limit shown on the website or invoice. The ZIP should be downloaded and installed on a compatible Mac. If downloaded on a phone, it must be transferred to the Mac without extracting or altering the package incorrectly. Customers should keep their own safe backup after downloading.
7. SUPPORT SERVICES
Support is provided according to the selected package. Driver Only includes the digital files and written guide. WhatsApp Support and Remote Installation apply only when included in the purchased package, during published business hours, and require the customer's cooperation and working internet/USB access. Remote support does not guarantee correction of unrelated hardware, operating-system, network, third-party website or printer faults.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer must provide accurate name, mobile number, email, billing address and device information; follow installation steps; maintain a lawful and secure computer; and avoid changing protected files. Own Choice Enterprise is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect hardware, unsupported Apple Silicon models, damaged cables, printer faults, third-party applications, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow instructions.
9. LIMITATION AND CHANGES
The service is supplied for the stated TD80 printing purpose. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Policies, supported versions and service procedures may be updated when required for security, legal compliance or product improvement. The version displayed on the website at the time of the order applies.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
